12 WEEK BEGINNERS PROGRAM

Our twelve week beginner program is a one time purchase three day a week program that is designed for  those who are new to weightlifting. The workouts are roughly 60 minutes long and will address the lifts from different positions as the weeks progress. When you purchase this program you will have access to our CB Weightlifting Facebook group, where you will have access to fellow athletes and coaches. (You will receive this program via email within 24 hours of your purchase)
